the ASOS premium cutwork top

Got a couple of questions but i'm truly sincere! :)

1. What colour is it? same as the pic shown?
2. Is it brand new?
3. Is the worksmanship good? Cuz i'm quite doubtful of the worksmanship of cutouts haha cuz i've bought frm a couple of Lj shops and the cutouts are very badly done
4. What's the material? cloth type cotton?
5. Possible to have any real pics?
6. Lastly, is the price negotiable? I just paid up for 5 items i bought today, and already spent $150! But cuz i quite like this top and i'm able to do immediate ibanking, i hope you can consider letting it go to me at $25 inclusive of normal mailing, i can do ibank payment within one hour :)

too little sweets..$25 is without postage, and i'd have to charge $1 for meetups too cause my transport cost more than postage now that i don't have student concession.

bought this piece online for $19.90, which comes up to at least $34 with shipping and postage.
