Hi there.
I just had a walgreens issue.
Here is the thing. Make sure they put a PRIORITY message on your file that says you are to be GLUTEN FREE. Mary at the South Park Walgreens is a Goddess for understanding these issues. So, if can be, if you found a pharmacist you like, stick with them. Find out when they will be in next or call and ask to leave a message. They are to confirm and call, it is their job! I just moved to Fox Valley area and I am training the people up here, also working on setting up a support group.

Madison has a great celiac support group that I recommend.

As for budget of food, there are some questions, what foods do you prefer, what makes you fall of the wagon, and what self care are you doing to get and keep support that will allow you to stay on the wagon? After you answer this, I can probably help guide you quite a bit.
