Winter Weight

 I seem to be approaching winter like a  polar bear does, fattening up, unfortunetly for me I don't sleep the winter away and lose it all. There are feasts, and holiday dinners in my future.  To put it bluntly, I have reached critical mass. I am determined to get back on the wagon and start losing this extra weight that snuck up on me. Wish me luck

We're on the same boat. My current short term goal is to be down 15lbs by 12th Night. That's not all I need to lose, but not step at t time.

Okay perhaps we better make some rules...

Everyone has a different amount to lose right?

So if we weigh tomorrow morning and use that as a start, then the person losing the most #'s by 12th night gets what? Any ideas?

I for one do so much better with a little healthy competition.

Anyone in besides Inga and I?

Ditto sweetness. I put on over 10 lbs ruling and have done nothing but reinforce that mass.

I wish you the best! With your determination I know you can get anything done... even this!

I'd be in too... but I am no longer going for pounds lost. I am looking at inches instead.
