More productive day at the gym

Well I got my wish, the gym kicked my ass tonight. I took a friend, who is going to join with me, so that made it good. And I upped the weights so I was actually working out instead of playing, and that was good. Worked with the weight balls and my partner, and did good cardio after. All in all SUCCESS. still working out 3 to 4 times a week.
weight 227 as of this morning.
that is down 7lbs.

Truthfully since i was since over the past week or so I didn't do much of anything. I need to get myself a scale or find somewhere I can weigh myself. I have been eating less and not drinking so much coffee since being sick.....maybe that will help me out some!!
