Diet Woes

Skip if you don't want to hear my rant about my chubby state.

Started back at the gym this week after taking the summer off. But nothing seems to be working. I'm going alone instead of with my old workout buddy, I'm wandering around the gym from excercise to excercise with no real plan or thought pattern. I'm using less weight than I can, and doing less reps. I'm completely bored with cardio. Then I come home not happy with my performance which makes me want to say screw it and eat whatever I want for the remainder of the day. The most frustrating part is that in the past I dropped weight easily and quickly. I know it can be done, I'm just not applying myself and I don't know what might motivate me. I've been kicking around the idea of getting PX90, workout series on DVD. I know others that really like it. Hiring the trainer at the gym, not an option. Stay at home Mom status has me broke. Probably don't really have the money to be going to the gym but I'm willing to make that work.

180# up from 170 in June.
