You know how crazy I am? Crazy enough that I'm applying to go to CSUN again. After all the bitching about the lack of value of my degree, I'm going back. What's Crazier? I'm going back so I can try and get a certification to do a job that is cutting hundreds of thousands of jobs state wide. Still crazier? I've already forgot reason #3, but craziest

so, as i'm sure you know i am both a scientist and a writer. and i've written about eight million different statements of purpose for med school. so i am a good resource on these.

i think this is a good start. but i don't your passion is coming through. in fact, i was bored after the first few sentences. plus you are also making over-arching statements that make it seem a little phony.

i would love to help you write a kick ass statement of purpose. can we get together when i get back from santa cruz this weekend?

lol- literally less than a hour after I submitted it, though we definitely need to get together while your in my neck of the woods- and I would love your input (I think this is the first statement of purpose I've ever written)
