the new CAL building

I paid a visit to the new College of Arts and Letters Building (if that's even the official name), the one behind and between the Faculty Center and the Vargas Museum in UP Diliman. It's an effective building in that it provides a great many classrooms for the long-since-beleaguered CAL classes, most especially the ones conducted by the Department ( Read more... )

i take my french classes in the CNB and i agree. you should hear the noise of the drills, hammers and everything else when the construction of the ground floor is at it's full bloom.

i like to think i'm failing french because of that.

I think the only reason I didn't hear the construction sounds et al while I was there was because it was a drizzly day that didn't inspire manual labor. Then again, all the loud classes going on might have drowned them out, hahaha.

Funny you should mention French; I spent some of my time there listening in on a French class. I do hope you don't fail, though. French is too yummy a language to fail. ;)
