Isn't there some tradition of the groom not seeing the bride for some period of time before the wedding? Meant to ensure good luck or some such? Anyway, good to hear that the preparations haven't hit any snags.

I know the feeling. I didn't see my husband for about 5 months or something prior to our wedding.

The whole time we were "dating" we saw each other every few months.
