The poem is quite beautiful! The card is really funny, especially if you take it literally.... lol (just kidding)
There are folks from my past I wish I could find again too, but I keep wondering if I will keep in touch this time...? I have only one very good friend from college who wouldn't let me get away, and I'm quite grateful for that. His pretty red-headed wife (also a good friend) was the one who read an article at our anniversary party last year.
You know the poem - Moonchild - is a song right? Didn't know if you'd ever heard the music or not. King Crimson off the 1969 release of "Court of the Crimson King." I think the writing credit is Pete Sinfield on that album.
In High School a friend played me a track off that album and I spent - literally - five years trying to track it down. There was no Amazon.com back then. I later used the whole album as a setting for a short-lived tabletop campaign and at one point Hugh and Ken were strongly considering running a LARP based on it. If you haven't heard the rest of it, it is well worth a listen.
It has been mentioned in passing within the last year. This game may happen. We will have to see if we can stand working with each other after we run Trumps at Intercon F.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do! :)
