Just a quick head's up that Sara is currently in the hospital in (induced) labor. She's halfway done (5 cm for you chicks out there) and the estimation is the baby will be born sometime before midnight. Everything is normal and all signs point to the baby's good health. I'll keep you all posted...

I'm back to working out now and just got measured again. Haven't worked out since October 29th... and here's what's happened just by eating a better diet... I lost 6 1/2 inches of Tonia. That made me happy... just 43 1/2 more to go... and now I'm actively exercising. I'm excited to see how close I can get to my goal.
