Yesterday was so hot...but nothing can wreck a Canada's Wonderland experience. Not even my burned back!!! We were there for 8 hours...but it went by so quickly.
I really liked a couple of the "newer" rides...well they are new to me...I had'nt been there for 4 years.
Cliffhanger is by far now my favourite ride to get soaked. I never laughed so much before or wanted to go on the same ride multiple times!!! The water up your nose was fun...the soaked hair was great...even my nippon's afterwards was funny.
Tomb Raider Rollercoaster looks pretty innocent when you are waiting in line for it. You are lying down for this rollercoaster...and it is so much fun that way!
It now takes the place of the stand-up rollercoaster for me...and it is much more "dangerous" than it looks.
Italian Job you ride in Mini Coopers...now how fun is that??? Jon and rode in a hot white one!!! Cops shot at us...things were blowing up...we got sprayed with water...we wen't really really fast...I felt like Charlize with Mark...just kidding!!!!
Something that you just can't miss....
Bumper Cars. I am totally good at hitting things.
Spinovator (spinning baskets)...The chinesse annoncer there said "put your hands up" but said it as a rap...that was hilarious!!!!
Wooden Rollercoasters
Timberwolf Falls
Last but not least....The simulated 3-D ride...was...
SPONGEBOB SQUARE PANTS...training you to work at the Crabby Patty.
Jon is naturally a "smiley" kinda guy...but he had a perma smile yesterday and it was so cute. He is such a kid at heart!
Than we had a picnic outside Wonderland. He made sandwiches...ceasar salad...and brought snacks and drinks and it was perfect. Except like any man he forgot something...the picnic blanket!!!! LOL.
Wise advice...if you hate crowds and line ups like I do go before public/high schools get out...the longest we waited was a half an hour and that was only for the newest attractions.
