I saw this on your youtube page just like an hour ago, lol! Yay! You finished it!!! And it's lovely and amazing, just like I told you it would be. :) I love what you ended up doing during the 20 seconds of musical interlude. And I like how you had those effects going to the beats, but they didn't feel overdone (like that vid we were watching yesterday that. ick). And I loved the black and white scenes you had flashing with their kiss, though it took two watchings for my brain to interpret what they all were.

Lovely vid; just what I was hoping for when I suggested the song to you! And now, I can put it on my list of Alice recs. :)

You're ridiculous. It's not that good, but I'm glad you like it. I thought the interlude turned out pretty well also. It's good that they didn't feel overdone. Although, I usually try to find a balance, even though I'm unsuccessful at that sometimes. That's the sign of a good piece of art, when people actually go back to make sure they've seen it properly and to interpret what it is...lol. Thanks so much. I'm glad it's good enough for your list of Alice recs.

Oh wow! I haven't looked at Syfy's Alice for a while, and this video was the perfect reminder of how much I loved it. I just watched the first 15 seconds of the video and already I was hugely impressed and excited for the rest. You have a mastery of timing and the fading in the beginning was very well done. The moment 2:35 was AWESOME and I loved it, and I loved the effects after that point. The video as a whole was great and i absolutely love this song now. The only thing is that some of the transitions were a bit jarring because of the speed and editing, but I don't know how else you could've done them, considering the speed of the song and the beats you were trying to hit. But, anyway, I truly enjoyed this. I think I'm gonna rewatch Alice tonight. ^^

Wow, thank you so much. Had you heard the song before? I love that you included so many specific points of interests (it's much more helpful from a technical standpoint than just saying you enjoyed it...not that there's anything wrong with that).

I tend to be pretty particular about my timings, so it's nice to know that someone really appreciates them. I'm sorry some of the transitions were jarring for you though, but as you said, it is a quick song with significant beats. Again, thanks so much for all your comments. Hope you enjoy your re-watch :)

ok, so as a hatter/alice vid this was excellent. I really like this song for Hatter's POV.

From a technical pov/film editor's pov: This was very well done. The clips you used matched the lyrics and beats very well. I loved the effects used- b&w to color, the layering, the close-ups. It was well timed and executed pretty smoothly. Even with the timing of the song, the way the beats were set up, and having to match the clips with the pace you made it work. This video has inspired me, and I hope to be able to make a vid this good in the future.
