A busy day in Tampa Bay.

It's a little surreal watching your home team, who was suck-ass last freaking place in the league last year, vying for the World Series this year.  Now, I am not a baseball girl, I don't think I've watched a full baseball game since Cal Ripken Jr retired from my Orioles back when I was a little girl living in Maryland.  But what's even more surreal ( Read more... )

But I too am a Bucs fan, so we do have some common ground. I hope they beat Seattle tonight. They're honoring Alstott.

I didn't know you were a Bucs fan! I didn't think the Bucs had any fans who weren't local. :D

I loved the Alstott honoring. ^_^ My only numbered jersey is an Alstott jersey, he's my favorite player. It was great seeing all the cheerleaders wearing his number, I'm glad they're retiring it.

Ha, no I didn't notice that at all. That's hilarious. I hope they'll replace it with a fixed one before hanging it up somewhere in the stadium.
