SCHOLZ, STEVEN J. "STU" 21 - of Wildwood Crest, died suddenly July 29, 2005.He was a 2001 graduate of Wildwood High School where he played many sports, and a senior at Richard Stockton College of NJ. He also spent a semester studying abroad in London, England.
He enjoyed surfing, skateboarding, fishing, weightlifting, star-gazing and making people laugh. He served both locals and tourists as a waiter at the Light House Point and Olympic Beachfront Resort restaurants. He served the community as a Boy Scout, altar server and church paperboy.
His smile and sense of humor will be missed by his parents, Mark and Kathleen Scholz, his brother Mark, his sisters and brothers-in-law Jennifer and Dereck Pruszinski and Linda and David Ennis, his nephew Noah and niece Abigail Pruszinski, grandparents Eleanor Scholz, John and Cecilia Hoefler, girlfriend Kristen Eddy, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Waiting to greet him in heaven is his grandfather Frank Scholz.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 11am at the Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home, 1201 Central Ave., North Wildwood, N.J. where friends may call from 10 am. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lower Township, N.J.
