I am way behind in what is going on in your life, I think I missed some posts!! I'm so glad to hear you like your new job (I'll have to look and see if you posted where it is), and your sex life is back- great news!! Now if I can just find mine again! Dang Thyroid. :( Sorry things aren't better with MIL, I think my hubby feels that way about both of my parents. :)

I will have to try something different. I think my main problem is that I have always been slender, and now with the thyroid I have put on a little bit of weight, and I feel unattractive. :( So that definitely doesn't help the sex drive!! Plus it makes you tired, and it just plain kills the desire. But I have started exercising again, and I feel a bit of difference already, so I'll keep my fingers crossed!!

So glad you like your job and co-workers!! A good job can make a lot of difference in your life- you are very lucky to have that!! And it sounds like you MIL doesn't like the fact that your son has another woman in his life- it's like competition for her. That would be so darn frustrating- so sorry you have to deal with it. :( She doesn't sound very nice.

i hear you about the weight thing. when my hubby and i met, i was about 135 pounds. now after two babies and a lot of poor eating habits, i'm up to 190. it's quite a bit of weight and i feel so unattractive. but luckily, he tells me all the time how beautiful and attractive he finds me. i was bemoaning my ugly body the other night and just to prove me wrong, he just got me naked and i think that was the turning point where i realized that he still thinks i'm sexy, even if i am really overweight for my body. gotta love a man who can do that, huh? :)

debi definitely is a control freak. josh was originally very nervous to tell her when we got engaged and found out jonah was on the way, and i didn't understand at the time. she seemed really cool. now that i live with her, i see her true colors and i sometimes feel angry enough with her to incite violence. gah!!

HIIIIIII

I've missed you!
so good to hear you love your job! and that you and hubby have been gettin' some lovin' too bad MIL has to be a dark cloud over it all

guess who has gone vegetarian! I am so happy about it, just a week in but I feel great and I LOVE not eating critters :D you know I have been struggling with the meat thing

my family has been eating my food too and enjoying it, I try to keep an alternative available but the chicken I roasted last week for them to take instead of beans if they wanted to is rotting (which is a bad thing but a good thing too IYKWIM) if you have time browse back in my journal and see the YUMMY falafel I made

:DDDDDDD

now I can ask you over for dinner !

yay for vegetarians!!:)

my MIL has stopped buying the food we put on the grocery list. she always comes up with excuses but i know she's just being a selfish control freak. my FIL told josh that we'd have to start buying my "special" food ourselves. if by "special" he means the fruit and vegetables and occasional tofu or other vegan items, then whatever... i just can't even get her to buy stuff anymore. it's always a fight.

i'll go check out that falafel;)

Awesome! Starbucks is a great place to work, they really seem to take care of their employees. Is is true you get free coffee beans every week?
