You don't need to bitorrent to know the outcome.
Anyway, what happen to your CD? The problem with Gramophone policy is that they allow their customer to unwrap the CD and give it a test drive. It's a good and bad policy. On one hand, you get a spoilt CD if the person (who test-drive the CD)is not honest and responsible about his damage and thus putting it back into its jewel case, and taking it as nothing has happen. Else, you get to listen all your tracks, checks for damages and scratches and decides on whether you gonna purchase the CD.
You've every right to walk into Gramophone again and demand an exchange or a refund. Don't forget to bring along your receipt.

music quality has been okay so far, so i guess i won't let a little cosmetic damage affect me, since everything goes into the ipod anyway.
