I'm still debating whether Cantonese or Taiwanese families/people having conversations are the loudest and by default, most annoying. It really varies. Perhaps it's cause I think both languages are so harsh.

both are pretty loud. i just don't understand why they can't speak in normal voices xD even over the phone, it's like, "HELLO HOW ARE YOU!!!!!!!!" i can usually hear conversations on the phone downstairs from my room upstairs. argh.

YES! When ever I go to Chinatown, I cry. They're sooooo loud and it's not like the street is busy or anything. And in Taiwan, the sales people are so pushy. They're like "COME IN MY STORE! TRY THAT ON!!!! BUY ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" *cries*

are you excited? Since I took summer classes, there was no break for me. :( But I can't wait to go to Japan!

it's always rather surprising when you're shopping around and suddenly a salesperson is next to you is like, "YES THAT WOULD LOOK GOOD ON YOU LOOK IT MATCHES YOUR SHOES!!!! 8D" and you're kind of like dadhj;gjdak;! because now not only are you deaf you are probably also going to buy whatever you were looking at. xD oh, chinese people ♥

When we were in HK we went to a Night Market and my brother and I saw this old lady chasing a girl down the street. The lady was yelling, "ONLY 35!! ONLY 35!! I SELL!" and the girl was yelling, "Gomen! Gomen nasai!" It was hilarious.

OMG you go to school in Japan? Or you're spending a semester there? Either, way...JEALOUS. Have fun when you go!!!
