The problem with a callow understanding of intersectional post-modernist theory is that one can make a blog post with cringeworthy expressions like "white privilege mechanism of the patriarchy" while still obliviously using misogynistic terms like "d-bag".

Your math and financial advice may well be very helpful (I wouldn't know), but this jarring insertion of what I'm sure you believe is progressive virtue-signalling really detracts from the actual topic.

The fact that we have to save for our own retirements is, in and of itself, a tool of the patriarchy. My entire article is presupposed on the assumption that the reader has had enough opportunity to get a job earning $60k, and we all know that there are many people under the age of 30 that haven't had those opportunities.

It's important, as individuals, to acknowledge how blessed we've been, and recognize that not everyone has had the same opportunities, through no fault of their own.

As we transition in to a world of post-scarcity economics, it's imperative that we force these difficult conversations about how society has to adjust: https://medium.com/@RickWebb/the-economics-of-star-trek-29bab88d50
