Twins Game 6/9
6-2 Twins over the Royals. It was fabulous to go to my first game at Target Field, and the tail-end of sunshine was so awesome. Not much is better than some good baseball downtown on a sunny day. Thanks for coming with NanC! Just plain happy to be in Minneapolis right now; but I really feel the need to do some camping right now! -

The World Cup is soon upon us, and the managers at work are starting to have mini conniptions! It's great. I'm excited to be doing something other than hosting- this weekend I'm selling food in a little cart or something. I'm not sure what this vending requires but we will see, it will be nice to have a little more cash floating around for the ( Read more... ) -

Since last I updated (appx. 24 hours ago) little has happened. I most likely went to work, came home, went to bed, got up, went to work, worked a double, went out for dinner (at the Cheesecake Factory), had a mostly frustrating conversation with a friend (life goes one, doesn't it?), saw a weird movie ("Get Him To The Greek"), and came home. Report of my life: I'm back in Minneapolis for the summer after finishing my second year of school. In a personal refusal to A) take excessive amounts of photos, and B) use Twitter, I've decided to try and focus a little more on updating my LiveJournal in order to document my life a little better. Thoughts
A) My undergraduate education is gonna be a hefty one. If all goes as intended at this point I'll be majoring (hopefully the honors program) in International Studies (concentrating on International Development, Economic and Environmental Issues), double minoring in Sociology, and International and Global Education, and completing a Certificate in ( Read more... ) -
