I saw Caddyshack for the first time yesterday

It was - pretty okay? Really weird. Rambling and wild in places, very structured and conservative in others. Here is what I learnt from Caddyshack!

It's the kind of thing I'd recommend watching if it's on, but don't go out of your way for it! It's more interesting and confusing than funny, in my opinion!

You're not supposed to see Caddyshack when you're in your 20's. You're supposed to see Caddyshack in your formative years, definitely before you graduate college. It's not the same.

Rodney Dangerfield has the best lines in any film, without regard to the quality of the film or not. No matter how bad the film is, he's always got a few lines that are genuinely hilarious.

Also, why have I never seen a Rodney Dangerfield/Aretha Franklin mash-up, at the very least in animated .gif form?
