Quesadillas and State Troopers

I had the best friggin lunch today EVER! ...well maybe not EVER, but pretty dang close! I had a WONDERFUL quesadilla! Mmmmmm.....oh how i love its cheesy goodness! now usually the only place that makes, in my opinion, the BEST quesadilla's is this little hole-in-the-wall place in Bend called Super Burrito, but i have to say, the one i made today
