Does anyone else think it's ironic that "friends only" journals often include an odd 100 or so "friends"?

You can just disable anonymous posting in your journal. It's quite simple. Mine are all locked because that got set as the default by accident and I'm too lazy to switch it back, but I don't give a shit who reads/replies to my journal.

but in that case if you wanted to stop one person, they could be anonymous=michelle's right

your journal is retarded, not friends only

You completely missed my point. If you disable anonymous posting, then people can't post anonymously, hence you know who they are and can block them or not block them according to whether or not you want them commenting.

Basically "Friends Only" Journals aree not really meant to be for JUST friends. They're meant to exclude ONE person, so in order to only exclude that one, you have to add like 100 other random people to your friends list.
