Ahhh Spring !  That wonderful time of year when it's still cool enough for me to have my windows open, and warm enough for the neighbors to hang around outside.
Ahhh, Spring, ten minutes later !  That terrifying time of year when you get to learn exactly how messed up are the people living around you !

The lab tech. for my doctor lives next door to us. He and his wife have 3 rather large dogs that they keep in a fenced area in their backyard. This man and his wife also ride Harleys for their recreation. We don't hear a peep from them all winter long. We know they're alive because whenever we have an appointment at the doctor's, we chat for a few minutes with the husband. Then spring hits. We open the windows and what do we hear? The barking of dogs and the roar of Harley engines.

Actually I like my neighbors a lot. It's just strange what spring brings.
