i know it's not exciting "blogging", but i need a place to keep track of my smoothie alterations so i can look back and know which amounts i like best...
1 frozen naner
3 frozen strawberries
~1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 box mori-nu silken tofu
2/3 cup goji juice
~5 drops stevia
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 overflowing cup chopped kale/chard (~3 leaves; all i had left)
+ 1 piece of almond butter/apricot all fruit toast
+ 1 mug of white tea
+ my my daily intake of: multi vitamin, hippy allergy pills, 1 tsp. cod liver oil, and a spoonfull of honey; all with a giant glass of water
we're headed to a wedding in ohio this weekend and as usual i still need to piece together an outfit. i just wish someone would take me (and thrasher) out shopping and show me how to properly dress-up and look classy. i think it would be totally awesome to be on "what not to wear"-minus the part where they throw away your entire current wardrobe. i'm semi-ok with most of my clothes, but i just need some (lots of) help in the dress-up department. i always run out at the last minute and grab the "best" dress of the garbage i have to choose from, wear it that one time, and go through the same process over and over again and again. i actually think i'm going to wear one of my already owned dresses this time, but i need to get a sweater or something to go over it...ugh. times like this i'm jealous of guys. thrasher and i went out shopping for pants and a shirt for him and i was more fussy and picky over it than he was. i'm still not satisfied with what we ended up with, but he's ok with it and it'll do.
for today:
-buy sweater for dress
-wash clothes
-clean clean clean as much of the apartment as possible
-see if i need to/can work the lebowski fest today
-see if i need to help out at the bakery today
-call miana and try to set appointment for hair
-call trudy
i know there's more. i've been up since 6:30 and the only accomplishing thing i've done besides take scotty to work was eat breakfast and clean out the car (windex and dust everything).
