i got my bike back! he changed the break pads (they were worn the fuck out), tightened a few things, and lubed the sucker up. of course on the way home i kept feeling that something was loose, or something wasn't adjusted properly-but hopefully that's just my paranoid mind. they seem like great kids and i've heard good reviews from other people. it

i've been thinking of getting a bike lately. there's a cool new bike shop in richmond and every time i pass it, i think i should go in and talk to the people that work there. i haven't ridden a bike since i was like 10. lame.

my boyfriend hasn't ridden a bike in like 20++ years. we're getting him one very soon though-we just need to get off our asses and go out and actually do it. bikes rule and so will you if you get one! haha. jk-you already rule. but seriously, they are great fun and great exercise.

not to mention the fucking cost of gas these days (and it's only getting worse). when feasible, it's much more efficient to ride your bike to get around town. i know getting to and from lexington is another story though...
