And money is an issue.

I had the chance to do that too. I feel like it would be almost too structured. They've got you on a strict sightseeing schedule, going to all of the "major" places. It would still be fun, but it might be more fun to have it under your own control. Or it might be more stressful and dangerous. I guess there are 2 sides to it.

I know what you mean. I had the chance to go to London, Paris, Florence, & Rome this year...but I didn't go. And now I regret it. But, there will be more opportunies. =)
