Veronia Mars Series Finale (Non-Spoilery, Just Emotive)

I didn't realize VM started at 8 PM last night. I was disappointed to miss the first episode smooshed together with the last to make a "series finale". I still have the feeling if I saw both episodes together my ultimate reaction would remain the same. I feel gypped as a fan!

hopefully they do a better job than with firefly, i was disappointed w/the movie and still had a lot of questions! oh well, what can you do?

I agree with you! I was disappointed with Serenity as well.

I would have greater hopes for a VM movies. I like Joss Whedon, but I think Rob Thomas is the sharper writer. Whedon takes some easy outs in storylines by relying on our feelings for his characters and their situations to give scenes more depth, while Thomas's scripts seem better developed and thought out, that he puts everything into a script that he meant to.

I missed the whole thing as I was trapped in the projection booth at the Archive. I wanted to see Logan get bitched out!

You still can! Did you know CW offers full episode videos of VM? They wait about 48 hours before putting them up.

Do you like the Logan character? He can be quite frustrating, but Jason Dohring plays Logan in such a way that I can't hate him.

You really prefer Donut? He's physically cuter, but Logan has these cute, quirky mannerisms that are endearing despite all.

Well, there is a lot of yelling and telling off and beatings in the finale.
