I have not watched the doctor who series at all. The graphics kind of put me off. They look tacky and modern newsreel. Are you saying I should give it a go?

Bisexuals are always far more interesting. I have always found gay criticism of bisexuality absurd, considering that many I know and have known, always seem to flutter between homosexual and heterosexual identities. One female friend has swapped over 5 times!

And overly romantic hetero's freak me out as well. Especially since the majority are serial monogymists. I suspect they go on to romanticise their own children, but secretly resent them, from deep inside another closet.

I find the new series a lot of fun. The showrunner is known for controversial works like the original Queer as Folk, but he brings a lot of enthusiasm and cleverness to the show.

Bisexuals are sort of the last taboo, aren't they? They're harder to label and pigeonhole, so that makes people uncomfortable.

One nice thing about the Doctor Who spin-off Torchwood is that a big deal isn't made about sexuality, except for it being hot. It's sort of a post-gay show where sexuality exists, but it's fluid. No character is 100% straight on that show.

Yes, the serial monogamists crack me up, too! All that romance and intensity for only a short time until they break things off for the new one. And the cycle goes on and one with them.

Just throwing this out there.. I used to play just a minute with my friends all the time and haven't been able to find too many people enthusiastic about it. I think it was you who asked if I'd ever played it... but yeah. If you think you and others might want to play, we totally should. I have a home version, need to replace buzzers though ;)

A future Just a Minute gathering sounds fun! I think I would be bad at it for a bit until I got the hang of doing it. That's always different than observing or listening.
