how I spent my summer vacation

All this morning I was out running errands and nursing a sick husband.  The latter didn't require a lot of moving around, so I did this!

To beat the game on the highest difficulty setting with no alerts, no kills, no continues, no items to heal yourself used and under 5 hours?

... I guess so :(

But really, the Big Boss Emblem is the hardest to get in the game, and I about slammed my PS3 controller against the wall at a few junctures during the game trying to get it. It was tough lol
