I dunno how just yet :O I'm a glasscraft noob, but there a LOT of glasscraft sites around, Mr. Google should be able to help you with the proper tools needed.
Delphi Glass also has some good tools for purchase if you need something special.
Out of curiousity, are you making something pretty with the vodka bottle, besides a dirty Grey Goose martini with two olives and an onion? (I don't really like that drink but that's my husband's drink of choice and I've had to order it many times lol)
