So this a-hole drops of this dog on campus yesterday morning before CT800AM classes and drives off, the mothersuckingfish. I'm at the light, at the left turn lane to go into the parking lot and the dog, well, it was actually a puppy (less than 6 months, I'm sure) is running around, its raining, and the campus is um, let's see here, ON A
