I used to write to the consolates of other countries and ask them for as much information as they could provide because I was really interested in their country..... some of them sent real large packages of all kinds of publicity stuff, attractions like tourism, landmarks, and factual stuff like their major exports and imports and all kinds of neat stuff.. a couple sent a little envelope with a couple trifolds of boring stuff. I told my mom once that she should have the kids at school do it and she said that the consolates no longer respond like that? but who knows.
