Oh my.

You just actually made me feel for Micaiah a bit. Not only that .. this - all of your fics - explore the richness of FE that I always knew was there, but few people ever attempted to reach for.

^ Love that line in particular, really shows how far Sothe's grown up in the two games. And how much they're sacrificing in ... innocence?

Always thought that particular event was - way - gruesome, even for FE, and especially for our peace-loving Micaiah (not to mention her being heron-Branded and /feeling/ the emotions.). Thought it was too 'unexplained' but your fic totally fills in that emotion.

Ahh, I'm particularly happy you liked this one! This is a fic that I had a funny feeling that no one ever read (well, all right, three people), despite how much I personally approve of it.
