Be Careful With Rolling Chairs

So I bought Miss Congeniality yesterday with my mom at Blockbuster. I was going to get Princess Mononoke, but it was so expensive and I knew I'd see it again in another store for cheaper, so we got Miss Congeniality. When we got home, I went straight up to my brother's room (My PS2 is in there) to play the games I'd rented. The first one, Scaler, looked like something I could actually play so I'm trying to beat that first. Then I'll try the other one, A Bard's Tale. Then I came downstairs for a break and we watched Miss Congeniality, my mother, my father, my dog, and I. What amused me is my parent's were cracking up too. It's been awhile since we've all seen it. I think my dog was asleep. When my mom and I were watching the deleted scenes, we heard her snore. LOL! She is so funny. When my mom comes into my room to stay with me, she says,
"I'll probably fall asleep."
"I don't care." I tell her.
"I'll snore," she warns.
"Don't worry, Chase will drown you out." I say.

Ah, well. When I woke up this morning, er, afternoon, it was hot as hell outside. I watered my garden A LOT because otherwise it will die and I will go into hysterics. I got a new journal on greatestjournal.com It's my garden blog. Check it out here, at my account name rockgarden_died

Today I was in my brother's room playing Scaler, sitting in his rolling chair. I guess I leaned back too far because all of a sudden I felt the chair tipping backwards!!! I panicked, but there was nothing I could do about it. I fell, hit my head on the metal part of the bed, and my head stayed there. I lay there shocked for a moment, then I started to cry. Well, can you blame me? What would YOU do in that kind of situation?! I screamed for my mom, but I think she was mad because I got really rude and mean this morning. I think she thought I was playing for attention. She came upstairs after five minutes of screaming and crying and said, "Come into your room and then we'll talk." I freaked and got so upset because she thought I wanted attention. I moaned. "I hurt myself" I sobbed. She asked me how. I got upset at her thinking I had purposely hurt myself by kicking the door or something, but I hid it and answered, "I fell over backwards in the chair." The next thing I know, my dad is leaning over me with a concerned look on his face. They don't know that my head should still have been on the bed thing, but I moved it when I got my senses back. My mom moved around to the other side and I saw my dog jump up to my brother's bed. Later my parents told me she ran straight to me when she heard me crying. My parents were kind and helped me up, because I wasn't shamming for attention. I was so freaked out that I couldn't stop crying. That happened to me before, when the grate above my door (for the air conditiong) wasn't secure. I was mad, I think, and slammed the door shut. Then it fell and conked me a good one on the head. I freaked out and my parents came running at the thonk. Anyway, my neck is starting to really bug me and my parents were asking me some questions to make sure I didn't have a concussion. I'm glad they aren't mad at me. Well, my dad at least. Moral of the story? Be CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIT IN ROLLING CHAIRS!!! I'm going to the doctor for a check-up tomorrow, so if I have a concussion they'll know. Check in later, bye, BABY
