Are there any other new prefects this year who are not buffoons, this is all I ask. I must know so I can schedule appropriate time in week for handling the buffoons, and perhaps if I have non-buffoon in cahoots (what a perfect word, cahoots, this is a word that redeems the whole language of irregularity and idiocy) then less time is necessary.

There are plenty of buffoon Prefects, of that much I can assure you. Just look at Gryffindor, such a sad state of affairs. As for the rest of what you said well really I can't make much sense of it, as usual.

I expected better of the Gryffindors, there are one or two of these that are not complete buffoons, yet we have only Show-off Girl and Loyal Dog, very useless.

They will not do outright damage (we will not let them), nor will they be allowed to hinder our duties, so the best they can achieve is this uselessness.
