My son sold 3 photos out of 6 at the Artist's reception at Eckerd. My Mother and I were so Veklempt! My husband was a usual shithead. He got there a half hour late because he was golfing. He also told my son that he only sold his photos because they were cheap! Can you believe that asshole? No, "I'm proud of you son." nothing!

Tonight is the Artist's Reception at Eckerd College. All of this has finally come to fruition. I am hoping my son is awake for it! LOL! What a long strange trip it's been. This past weekend I worked Thursday, Fri., and Sat. We were so busy! Liquor, liquor, and more liquor! I think as soon as you join the military they turn you to "the drink." Our giftware is already picked over. I have to work until 4 PM x-mas Eve. This will be the first year I am NOT having my x-mas Eve party. I think everyone is "over it"

Tomorrow my son and I are going to drive to Orlando. I took a 2 bedroom for 4 nights to use our points, so we don't lose them. I really wanted a girlfriend to come, but all are working during the week. My son needs to get away anyway. As long as we don't have any crisis, we'll have fun.
