I personally think that you should go with your heart...Your mind can be telling you a lot of things, but deep down you know what you truly want to do.

And on top of that, my opinion is that you should follow through with what is already planned. What if you move all sorts of things around and it ends up falling through? Plus, I'm sure, in the end, you'll have plenty of other times to go to England or Europe and be able to do exactly what YOU want to do..

Just my thoughts though.

Do what your heart says. Personally, I think England is a wonderful place and I'd move there in a heartbeat (Despite it's so damn expensive). If you have already made your plans and you feel unsure about what you should be doing that's usually a sign that you should stick to your original plan. But it is your decision in the end.

well, I just basically meant that it looks like there are other factors besides just 311 that might be weighing your decesion more towards staying here.

I don't know if you were refering to what I was saying, but I in no way meant to start an argument or anything, I'm just trying to help her out. I didn't realize you were being sarcastic, it's hard to tell sometimes on the internet.

I think she should follow her heart as well.
