Ficlet Alert!

Well, I decided to spend some of my time here on my first day back from Portland writing a little ficlet to celebrate my homecoming :) hehe.

An hour's work produced the following. It is a little weird--and not at all what I expected would come out of my imagination. . .but I'm gonna post it anyway! ;) Of course, feedback is always welcome.
