Btw, I´m not a very good person to give advice regarding love, but I just want to say: go for it! If you want him, make him know that.

I´m in a very similar situation now, I want this guy who has a girlfriend but still flirts with me. WTF?! But I won´t give up on him, I keep giving him *clues* that whenever he wants, I´m here. That he has an option. And the reason I´m doing that is because I´m almost 30, too, and I have never felt this way before.
