lol she doesn't have one she's a robot
Okay just kidding. KOS-MOS is... complicated! As I said, she is a robot. And unlike some series where the robot has a full array of emotions and has a giant laser cannon and is nearly invincible, KOS-MOS only has the latter half. However, she isn't without a personality. It's just-- well, the technical term in game is that she has a 'Simulated Personality OS'. And unfortunately it isn't that good at giving her much beyond the most basic of people skills, i.e. being polite, having proper manners, very basic social things. She views herself as a weapon, not a person, and always addresses herself as such when speaking to others. She knows her purpose and will carry it out in full.
That being said, due to being a robot, when speaking to others she always attempts to stay within the realm of logic, statistics and probability. Not to mention her speech is littered with technical jargon that would fly right over the heads of anyone who doesn't come from a advanced world. She is also very grounded in that she will approach any situation in a way that gives the highest probability of success, regardless of what the side-effects will be. Be it killing someone who is in her line of fire to protect a person of higher priority, or simply threatening to punch a hole through the hull of a ship if they do not let her on board. And she will do it completely straight faced even while threatening someone. It's all about achieving success in whatever her assigned task is! Yet again, she's all about the whole duty thing.
However! While she is a beep boop robot with a simulated personality... She does show various signs of there being something more there. This primarily occurs around her creator, Shion, as protecting her-- and Vector Employees-- is one of her prime directives. During these brief instances, her solid red robotic eyes shift to blue and her usual emotionless expression and tone shift more toward a 'kinder' more 'human' tone. Yet as I said, this only occurs when she is around Shion. Especially considering the point in canon I am pulling her from. Sooo basically she's a robot who always looks at the statistics and approaches things logically as much as possible. Which should make Johto rather hard for her.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+ She is a humanoid robot! Meaning most 'normal' human limits and needs don't apply to her.
+ Due to said robotness, her strength, speed, reaction time and reflexes are far above that of a human.
+ Has a internal database full of all kinds of technical jargon and varying levels of useful information.
+ Would take a very short time to comprehend a new subject once enough information is provided.
+ Driven to the point of self-sacrifice when it comes to her prime directives.
+ The above also applies to orders given to her.
- Is a robot, so requires maintenance and recharging of internal power supplies to remain active. (Will be mostly converted to needing to 'cool down' her internal systems using water as a makeshift heatsink of sorts, along with shutting down for extended periods of time to recharge in game. Kind of like sleeping! Unless she finds a Pokemon based alternative somewhere down the line.)
- Extremely lacking in people skills! Is polite, but...
- She talks like a robot. Very monotone.
- Zero knowledge regarding anything outside of her database.
- Very few skills outside of combat.
- Would be in a significant amount of trouble if she ever became seriously damaged without someone to repair her.

First Person Sample: *Today, Johto, you are being treated to a pair of piercing red eyes staring you down. As well as one can stare down a camera anyway.*
Good afternoon, Johto.
It has been approximately 3 days, 12 hours, 7 minutes and 36 seconds since my abrupt arrival. There has been no indication of an immediate return to my original dimensional space. Furthermore, all system functions are still operating at a inefficient level. My scanners have continued to have no success in discovering the source of these alterations, and there is a 98.9999% probability they will continue to fail in this regard.
It is at this juncture I shall make a formal request to speak to those who possess expertise in advanced technology that resides in their point of origin. I require maintenance beyond what is capable of my own systems self repairing functions. Vector Employees who are associated with Vector Industries First Division would be preferable for this task.
. . .
A final inquiry. I have recently been informed that there are those present who claim to have been something other than 'human' before arrival. To those this applies to, for what purpose do you believe your form was altered? As one who has remained in my proper form, I find the altercations to those other than myself illogical in nature.
I shall be awaiting your response regarding these matters.
*And with her expression remaining identical to as it did when she initially turned the gear on, she disconnects it.*
Third Person Sample:
To be perfectly honest, it didn't take her long to appraise the situation. Even with all her functions operating at a minimal to non-existent capacity, she still had her scanners, along with her internal database. It made little sense to her as to why this new dimension she found herself thrust into would strip her of her armaments, yet leave her the majority of her necessary functions for basic survival. ... no, not survival. It would be better to say they were required for her to remain operation at all.
Despite this intrusion upon all of her systems, her primary directives were currently lacking in the sense that she could not follow them here. There was no Shion to protect, nor a single Vector Industries employee. Beyond that, no signs of the crew of the Elsa, or anyone who acknowledged the creatures known as Gnosis. Without a doubt, if KOS-MOS could frown disapprovingly, she would be doing so quite hard right about now.
Yet there was only one option she could see open to her amidst this muddle of illogical circumstances. And that option was to accept the mission she had been assigned upon arrival. It was a strange one, without a doubt... But she was not designed to question her assigned tasks, simply carry them out. And while she had zero experience when it came to 'training' pets-- or as they were known here, Pokémon-- at the very least she could see the significance in the ally she had been provided. While the entry she had read in the 'PokéDex' was not perfectly clear regarding its origin, the probability of it being assigned to her due to it resembling a machine did not pass her by.
Its fondness for hovering about her and making what could only be described as pleased 'beeping' noises, however, she was having a significant amount of difficulty understanding. Yet judging by the behavior, then referencing it to that of the small dog that was kept on board the Elsa in her original dimension, she could only compare it to that of a pleased dog.
As her expressionless gaze turned to the circling Beldum, she slowly approached, placing a hand upon it. Making a petting motion, as she had seen both MOMO and Jr. do so many times to that tiny white dog. Strangely enough, the blue missle-like robot let out a even happier sounding beep.
". . . understood. You appear to consider the act of 'petting' to be enjoyable. I shall proceed to do this regularly, so that our compatibility in upcoming battles remains at nominal levels."
It was going to be a long and interesting journey for the pair of blue robots.
