what about the drawback of not being able to flip through songs, or what about that whole rewinding buisness, you always gotta rewind that shit before playing it, im not dissing on tapes, tapes are excelent, but i think the compact disc was a very welcomed advancement in comparison to the tape

yea but you know they have that feature on stereos where you can fast forward to the next song, you know?. now, the skipping to the beginning business is a drawback, but think of the portability and the lasting power. or why coulnt you get two small cds you know in a tape or something

yes, two small cds in a tape would be good, but then its just a variation on the floppy disc, and i havent heard of the fast forward to the next song, how does that work, does the stereo just search for a break in the music or something?

actally on some newer car stereos pressing the seek button works just like flipping from song to song like on a cd...it does that in my dads car...and please don't hate on old tape sound soon you'll be trashing the vintage sound of records which are timeless like tapes...and and responding to the heading SEPTUMS ARE NASTY..no boy/girls should ever get them cause they look like bulls, infacts all piercings are gross. period.
