I just got an e-mail from the rabbi who i'm interning for this summer...he wanted to make sure that i'm getting paid enough.
I still can't believe I'm getting paid to do things I love.

I am on Spring break at Kutz. Delightful.

I've been very frustrated academically this semester. RCC kind of had me convinced that it was easy to get good grades. A's aren't just handed out here...
I got an A+ on my music paper. I feel a little better.

Sara invited Becky and I to her family's seder the second night of Pesach. I'm so psyched! This vacation is going to be good after all. I'm finally going ot catch up on sleep, school work, and friends :)

Tonight was the first night of intramural volleyball. We're called the holy rollers. haha.
i had flashbacks from the high school days...

I just had one of those amazing weekend where everything that I do just seemed to make sense. I absolutely want to be a youth worker. I spent this weekend working for the URJ 5th and 6th grade retreat. I was surrounded by a small group of extremely talented and dedicated people. So after a night of massive amounts of stomach pain and a little puking, I think I'm okay. I woke up to an IM from Dan Steiner asking me to lead services Saturday morning. I've never actually led a Saturday morning services. He agreed to co-lead it with me. He's doing the d'var torah and I'm reading Torah. I'm really excited about it. I'm so lucky ( Read more... )

I LOVE COLLEGE. Today was fantastic. I slept until 11:30 and then went to Wegman's with Rose and Sara. After we got back we ate a quick lunch and then Rose and I went to the library until 8. Basically I spent the day at Hillel. 11-6:30 to be exact. The Conservative Rabbinic intern was here this weekend so I spent a good part of the day just talking to him. Services were from 11-1:30ish.
