Geez, it seems like so much has happened since I got hired on with the ristorante. I started working in the kitchen running salads, desserts, breads and working the ovens (that was about 3 weeks after I had been hired on as a prep cook, which I got down pat after about one week). congrats on your success. but you always had a pasion for cooking. much more than i did. and its no surprise to me that your doing so well at it. i was always a bit confused while you were in school. you didn't seem to passionate about law or social work...now you seem much happier.

Thanks for the compliment! I don't know if this is the route I will take (restaurant), I may go pastry chef, catering or fine dining (Hilton, Ritz, etc. . . ). That's why I said it's still too early to tell. Even so, at least it's a pretty good start (and even if nothing else comes of this venture, I have learned soooo much in the last three months)
