I got a job today! And it was one of my top choices! It's nice, though naturally with no experience I have to start at the bottom as a prep cook, but hopefully I will get into the kitchen "proper" relatively soon (at least that's why the Executive chef hired me). Here's hoping anyway, I will keep you all posted, wish me luck.
