I think I can relate, even if it's not quite the same situation. Having one thing as a constant in your life, even a damaging thing, is still a routine that guides your life, and now you are in that strange space where you are having to learn new, healthy routines. Because your medicine works, you have room to do that without the voices. Glad to hear you are in good spirits today.
