i've lost a few pounds. for some it may not seem like a lot but to me i'm seeing numbers i haven't seen in a long time. CJ our trainer is a wonderful trainer and person. can't wait to reach our goal so we can take him out! (quite possibly a nice tip as well ( Read more... )

That is pretty cool.
Was that 12/5 of this year?
If so, and you weighed 203 then, you might want to be a bit careful that you don't keep up that kind of loss. Fifteen pounds a month is a bit high and can be unhealthy. It's likelier to happen right away, but keep an eye on stuff.

yeah that's 12/5 this year.

i think i just have an easier time losing weight if i actually get up off my butt and do something.

i used to be a size 5. that was after having 3 kids and weighing about the same. all it took to get there was walking to and from work and day care (about 7 miles a day..had no car..in the az heat)

i feel good and have a lot more energy. i promise to be careful. :)

Losing weight can be hard, but yeah, once you actually start doing stuff it gets easier.
Even Newton knew it: An object at rest tends to stay at rest... ;)
I need to stop resting, myself. I used to be in bad shape, got into really good shape and then it all went downhill... I am now in the worst shape I've been in my entire life... Blah. Blah, I say!
Good for you that you got yourself moving.
