Is it just me? Or does anyone else think Jon Ponder ever time someone says they are pondering?

It's weird how the brain send messages to your muscles telling them to move. But if you look at an appendage, and just think in your mind, "move. moooove.", nothing happens. Your still thinking "move" in your brain. But nothing is happening. At other times, we are moving multiple appendages at once, but only thinking about one, or not thinking
