worst neighbor ever

so its 4am and ive been awake for an hour. why? because my upstairs neighbor has like 4 friends over and theyre obviously making ZERO effort to be quiet at all. this would be much less irritating if this were the first second third fourth fifth time this has happened. much less irritating if this WERENT what happened more often than not BOTH

our plan is to become annoying neighbors and scare him away. not sure how to do that yet tho. should prob ask him for suggestions...
