First off, thank you for swooping in and being my hero like you did! I was really hoping to get everyone an illustration, and despite being a brand-spanking new FMA fan, you happily stepped in and helped out.
Second, this came out really well! I particularly love Ed's expression, but I love the folds in his shirt and his hair and the bookshelf ... well done! :3
Hopefully once the story goes up, more people will swing by and shower you with compliments. :D
8D No problem at all, I had loads of fun ^^ And this picture turned out to be surprisingly smooth to make, for once no two week war with the sketch or anything ^^ plus I got design all sorts of nifty things too, though not all of them made it into the picture in the end~
Hehe, I love drawing books and fabric, so I'm glad I got them depicted well ^^
I hope to see the story soon too, I haven't seen the finished piece either so it is very exciting 83 (and I need to conjure up time from some other dimension to actually have the time to read it D:)
My Roy/Ling fma_fuh_q went like that: sketch came out and made it to lineart with minimal fuss. My dgm_fuh_q fought me hard enough to win. T_T I could not get Kanda right to save my life.
So glad you enjoyed doing it! It came out fantastic!
I have so many I want to read, and so many pieces of art to leave comment love on. I will hopefully be able to start that in the next few weeks. O_o
It is sad that DGM_fuh_q beat you, Kanda needs and deserves so much more love&worship :D But he is damn tricksy to draw, I never get his hair done as beautifully as I'd like to xD When I was drawing Petty Fractures I spent 2 hours inking ever single picture of Kanda and then the inking the rest of the page (the Lavis and the Allens included) took less than 2 hours x'D
I only had time to quickly flip through the descriptions and there are tons of stories I'd love to read ;___; Maybe I'll have time in the summer x'D
