To my own surprise, I think I have to say that between "Win A Date With Todd Hamilton" and "Welcome to Mooseport", I liked WADWTH better. Today was Day 16 (out of 20) on the Tour de France, and Lance Armstrong is still leading in the #1 spot! He's 3:48 ahead of the next guy. I don't know why, but I dig the TdF.

So i've been waiting and waiting for my transcripts to get sent from IVC to CalPoly. The deadline was supposed to be July 15 (tomorrow). I submitted the Transcript Request to Saddleback and IVC on the same day. But they got the transcript from Saddleback like a week and a half ago, but still hadn't gotten the one from IVC! So I just got back (an hour and a half ago) from SLO. I found a place to (hopefully) live in for fall. It's an "off-campus Spanish-style townhouse apartment community" - 3 room, 1.5 bath, but each room is single occupant. So I get my own room, and (hopefully) my own car port space. New car! Truck, actually. Got an '01 Ford Ranger XLT Super Cab 4-door pickup. Dark blue, power windows & locks, keyless entry, 4.0L V6, 5-speed automatic transmission, 6-disc in-dash CD changer, bed liner, tow package. I finally gave-in to the inevitable fact that once September rolls around (and I go up to San Luis Obispo for school), having 2 cars is just going to be stupid/impossible...
